- Normal windows do now have their own bitmap. All windows on screen share
- the bitmap of the screen. Smart-refresh windows also allocate lots of
- tiny backup bitmaps for obscured parts. Super-bitmap windows use a separate
- user-supplied bitmap as a backup.
