  17. Normal windows do now have their own bitmap. All windows on screen share
  18. the bitmap of the screen. Smart-refresh windows also allocate lots of
  19. tiny backup bitmaps for obscured parts. Super-bitmap windows use a separate
  20. user-supplied bitmap as a backup.
